The Revolve pics show it with the straps wrapped around it so maybe the satin belt is to cover those. The size is an XL. Bust will be very forgiving but expect it to be revealing. The nature of the convertible straps allows for fit variances pit to pit doubled is approx 38". Hips are 40" and length is 28 1/2". The lace is a cotton / nylon blend and the nude underlayer is polyester / spandex .
