Contents: Carragelose (carageenan) Indications / Uses: Shortens the duration & reduce the severity of cold & flu-like symptoms. Moistens the nasal lining to protect from dryness & injury suitable for children above 1 year old. Ingredients: Salt solution with 1.2mg/ml, Carregelose™, preservative free, sterile. Directions for use: 1. Blow your nose gently. 2. Remove the protection cap, shake the bottle and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out. 3. Sit up with your head tilted slightly forward and breathe out slowly. 4. Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other. 5. Gently squeeze the pump as you breathe in. 6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the other nostril. 7. Use 1 spray per nostril, three times per day.
