I purchased these direct a bit ago and just found a large box I had tucked away, still in the original bubble wrap from shipment. I can guarantee that none have been used and that the product is not dried out. Couple things I have observed however - fill lines may vary just a touch, batches may have a slightly different color, some may need to be shaken a little more, and a few of them have imperfections such as residue from other polishes (did find a couple that leaked but were disposed of).
