I purchased a large lot of these BBQ planchas that were produced by Best Made Company in collaboration with Francis Mallmann prior to the acquisition by Duluth. These are a terrific tool for cooking on the grill or cast-iron. Quality Made in the UK with a stainless steel blade and a beechwood handle. Like any quality cooking tool, these should be hand washed and not put into the dishwasher. Great gift for someone who is looking for a unique tool on the grill. I use these and love the versatility.
