3 Art Nouveau Paneled Glass Powder Jars Unger Bros Sterling Silver Love's Dream

Description: Found at a local estate of a well known antique collector, here is a rare set of Unger Bros sterling silver & paneled glass jars which date back to 1904. The pattern on the lids is an Art Nouveau pattern by Unger called Love's Dream. This pattern depicts Eros (Cupid) kissing Psyche. This is a rare and unusual set. The jars are 4", 4 1/2" and 7 1/4" tall. The shortest has a single hole inside shaker lid. The decorative lid has the bend on the side. There is also a ding on the outside of the glass. The 4 1/2" tall one has a multi-hole inside shaker lid. Very tiny ding on outside of glass, right where my thumbnail is in the pic. The tallest 7 1/4" isn't as heavy glass as the others. Just a tiny bit cloudy on the bottom. I don't see any dings on the outside of the jar, but some tiny chips on inside top. There are price tags of the prices the lady collector paid for the two shaker jars. Tags on bottom of jars so I left them. One was $395 and one was $345. No tag on the tall one. All tops marked the same with the Unger logo and sterling silver. SEE THE CLOSE UP PICS of all pieces. These date to 1904 so they are not perfect but in truly great condition for their age and they were probably actually used thru the years! This will be a gorgeous and unique set to add to your items or to begin a collection. Love's dream pattern was one of the Unger brothers most popular patterns.
