These pieces were at one time, One Large Slab that dual split from a center cut of the Walnut slab…This is a good project for someone who likes a challenge…They could be reassembled or another wood added to accent, ON REQUEST we could supply ELM, CHERRY or MAPLE to accent…There are multiple designs in the wood that only Mother Nature can create. Nice contrast of light to dark wood. Many growth lines visible. See sizing in photos. They are kiln dried to furniture grade moisture content and planed on our helical head planer to dead flat. These pieces are considered project ready and will only need minor sanding and finish work to be gorgeous finished Slabs. There will be minimal movement in the grain or drying period to wait for, once you receive the slabs they are 100% ready. They were lightly sprayed with rubbing alcohol to bring out the character to see easily. These are just Nice slabs, does not have bark. Please examine the photos closely to make sure these are the right pieces for your project. This is a slab that was cut into three.
