Description: This offer is an aftermarket, 3D printed Mutoh Valuejet VJ-1608/1617H/1626H/1638UH Hybrid Pressure Roller Retainer Assembly DG-41867 Pinch Roller Holder. Rollers Not Included; Assembly bracket only. For rollers, look for part number: KY-40982 The part is 3D printed with 0.2mm layer lines out of ASA (Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) which is a UV resistant plastic on a carbon fiber build-plate to give it a nice visual texture on the top side. This Mutoh DG-41867 pinch roller assembly has been designed to work as well or better than the OEM version, specifically with taller tabs that don't break if you breath on them. I had a client present the OEM version to us with the problem, so we spent some time to re-design a version that is almost identical to the OEM version, works just as well as the OEM version, but it's designed to last longer and not break the retaining tabs when you install or remove them. It includes notches for using a screwdriver to remove the roller if they are stubborn to remove by hand, however this may damage the bracket roller retainer as a warning.
