32x79.5" Antique Vintage SOLID Wood Wooden Exterior Entry Door Window Glass Lite

Description: Penn Antique Restoration 32"x79.5" Antique Front Entry Door w/4 Window & 2 Panels Handsome, antique, exterior door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern, PA. The door is made of solid Douglas fir or pine and is completely painted white. It has 4 windows and 2 raised panels below. When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, and soft wood. New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees doesn't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine. Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of period hardware to outfit it (check out our eBay store). * If you would like any of the hardware holes plugged with solid wood, please email us for a quote. Condition: The door is strong, sturdy, and in good structural condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no broken or cracked joints, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. The worst damage on this door is a small break on the bottom corner of the exterior lock-stile (see 5th photo) and a small break on the bottom corner of the interior hinge-stile (see last photo). Most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks". Except for a crack in one of the panes, all of the glass is intact and also in great condition with only subtle scratches. Strip/Refinish: We could strip/refinish, or partially or completely strip the door to prepare it for you to repaint or refinish. We have MANY photos of doors that we've restored that could give you an idea of how this door could clean up. However, we can modify it to swing towards the right--message us for a quote. Modification: We could also modify this door to fit your opening or suite your needs.
