BALTIMORE, MD." - the top has a small chip as seen in photos some roughness around the top - has 2 side seams and a few bubbles - approximately 4" tall 1 Amber/Brown - front reads "BROWNATONE KENTONPHARMACAL CO. COVINGTON KY." - has 2 side seams - approximately 4.5" tall
