Description: 4-Piece Set QUEEN East Palestine Pottery Company Toiletware Pottery Early 1900s I am selling these for a friend, and have very little information about them, other than that they were handed down through her family to her. I don't know the names of the pieces, but am describing them below. All pieces have many tiny cracks in the surface. Individual flaws are described below. Large 13" Tall Pitcher with 2 handles and Domed LidOne of the handles broke off and was glued back on at some point in the past. It is a very poor repair job, and you can see a messy glob of dried glue at the top and bottom handle joints. Large 8 1/2" Diameter Bowl with Loop Side Handle and Lid with Loop HandleAbout 7" tall, counting the lid.No chips or cracks. Small 5 1/2" Diameter Bowl with no Lid2 1/2" tall.Has 2 significant chips in the edge. One of these chips extends about 1/4" down the side of the bowl and is 1" wide (see photo). Small 4" Diameter Cup with Handle3 1/2" tall.Has 1 significant chip on the edge. This cup appears to have been broken and glued back together. You can see and feel several cracks on the inside and outside of the cup. SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: $50 will be paid by the buyer for insurance for these items. if their final sale value results in a lower insurance cost than the $50 anticipated cost, I will lower the insurance appropriately.
