Using your finger tip or makeup brush, gently blend your chosen shade accross the eyelid. Step 2. If blending shades together, apply the second color with a clean brush or different fingertip, starting at the outer corner of the eye. Move the brush or your fingertip in small circles blending inwards for a unified finish. Step 3. When using PURE PIGMENTS in combination with PRIME & BEHOLD, apply your pigment on top of the primer. For a more intense look, apply a layer of color straight away. For a lighter wash of color, apply the pigments after 2-3 minutes once your primer has set.
