Description: Incredibly rare, out-of-print collection of 50 classic European art-house films on DVD. Titles can be found in the listing photos. This boxed set was released in 2006, and includes a beautiful coffee-table book with an introduction by Martin Scorsese. The set comes in a heavy cardboard case, which has some wear and staining on the top. The book has one small ding on the outside binding, which is shown in the attached photos. Otherwise, the set is in excellent condition, and very few of the DVD's have even been viewed. DVD's are in NTSC format with a region code of. DVD: 1 (US, Canada). A must-have for any serious film collector's library.
