Description: 50s Vintage Angelica Waitress Uniform Dress Blue Cotton Dobby Coffee Cup 10 A 1950s vintage Angelica waitress uniform dress. The shirt is made of woven cotton dobby fabric with an adorable repeating "Hello" and coffee cup pattern and blue stripes on white. Functional Lucite mother of pearl buttons from collar to waist. The solid blue A-line skirt has functional buttons hidden behind a placket and 2 patch pockets. There is an "Angelica" designer label which states "Made in U.S.A." and "All Cotton Monte Cloth Sanforized". There is also a Penn L&U label, which I believe is Penn Linen & Uniform service in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Very good condition, no holes or damage. The shirt has no stains or discolorations. The skirt has some pale yellow discoloration on the front beneath the left pocket and a little on the back on the right side. I haven't tried to clean or remove the discolorations and they're not very noticeable as is. The size on the tag is 34 but it measures like a modern size 10.
