6-7/8” COLLINS SINGLE BIT AXE HEAD WITH HANDLE 2 LBS 12oz AND SHEATH

Description: Up for purchase is a vintage 2 lb12oz Collins single bit axe head with handle and hand made sheath. The head is 6-7/8” long, bit is 3-3/8” wide and total length is 27-3/8”. I have buffed it up a little bit but the only wording I could find on it was Collins. The sheath they did a fine job on and it is heavy leather, they wanted it to last a while. As you can see in the pictures the axe is still in pretty good shape, it looks like the handle use to be yellow. Handle looks to have had a small crack at one time and glued back together.
