The 3561E is a closed eye 3X strong treble hook. The dressing used is genuine bucktail, and the red thread is covered in sealant for durability. This is NOT brittle chinese bucktail that breaks easily and gets chewed up quickly. Most bucktails made in China today are exactly and purposely that, causing you to discard and repurchase often. This lure however, if you hold the hook eye with your hand, and pull as hard as you can in any direction, the deer hair does not move, come off the hook, or break.
