Each bulb has been tested and is guaranteed to be in perfect working condition. Note: you may not need as many bulbs as you think. When one bulb burns out, the bulb next to it will not light and so you do not need to order too many bulbs. Reasonably easy to replace the bad bulbs. Pull the black knob tab at the top and bottom of the reel and you can slide the reel out far enough to twist out the bad bulbs. You will receive 6 bulbs as shown with a full 100% guarantee they will work perfect in your slot machine if you have the same style bulb as shown.
