These can be scraped off if you choose. These snails can survive and thrive quite well in freshwater or full strength saltwater if gradually acclimated, which these have been. There will be no refunds issued if the order arrives alive. If it doesn't, the buyer must send detailed pictures of the deceased animals to the seller on the same day the order was received.
