There is a 2" reverse hem above the ruffle tier, it is done ok (fold does not line up exactly with the seam), I tried to remove, but the voile was snagging so please make sure you are like this length. The skirt is lined, but I felt it was still a little see through even with the lining so please note you may need to wear with an additional slip or nude undergarments. Perfect for a tea party or day in the garden.
