Description: Remastered & Restored from the original Uncut Negative! John Warner (Hilton) is a rebel soldier who leaves camp on the eve of battle and goes over the border into Mexico to be with his lady when she gives birth to their child. When he arrives at the Sandoval hacienda, Warner finds that his fiancé has died in childbirth and that her father (Borgnine) lusts only to kill him. Considered a deserter by the Confederate Army, Warner takes the baby and wanders aimlessly away. Later the child dies of cholera. The embittered rebel keeps going and gradually he assembles a small band of misfits and renegades who terrorize northern Mexico. The raids of his outlaw gang bring him hordes of loot, but that means little to Warner. All he wants is to settle accounts with Sandoval. He gets his wish in a final climactic showdown.
