It has the signatures of Burke and McAdoo like all the red seals. It is the 'a' variety. It would fit in perfectly to a district set or advanced Freidberg collection, but those sets are pretty darn tough to put together! This note is graded by PMG as Fine 15 with a comment about pinholes and stained. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
