It is a 1891 $10 Treasury note with the open back as opposed to the ornate back on the 1890 version. Type collectors can stop right here because this note fits perfectly into a type collection or an advanced collection of Treasury notes. In addition, this is the toughest Freidberg number on the type. PMG has graded this note Fine 12. You don't have to trust me for the grade of the note, you only have to trust PMG.
