Please ask questions prior to buying. PLANTS ARE CAREFULLY PACKAGED AGAINST DAMAGE BUT I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM ONCE THEY ARE IN POSSESSION OF THE U.S. POST OFFICE- this includes lost shipments. If you'd like to purchase additional insurance, please contact me before checking out. Spilled dirt or a few broken leaves do not constitute damage. I require a photo within 3 days of any damage during transit so that we can work together for a resolution. You must keep all packaging, tags, and plant must be in the original pot. If you transplant your plant upon arrival, I WILL NOT COVER IT. If no photo of damage is sent, I will not replace or refund.
