The compressor must be returned to Motorchill within the warranty period on the advert. The compressor must be complete and returned with the completed warranty book so we can test the item. The following documentation will be required to send the item back:a) Invoice from workshop or a engineer that carried out the installation on the fitting. b) The warranty book must be filled out by the workshop or engineer what fitted the item. c) You must ensure the compressor is fitted correctly and to the instruction guide that comes with the compressor.d) If the item is faulty we will arrange for the compressor to be picked up and sent direct for a full test and report done to find out why the compressor has gone faulty, no new item will be sent until this is done.
