Description: Bicycle Wheel Warehouse is offering this NEW set of Alex 26" Welded joint XCR SuperComp wheel set laced with Blue anodized BWW Pure XCR sealed bearing Quick Release 6-Bolt Disc Hubs. The Alex 26" XCR SuperComp rim has a welded joint with a 23.1mm outer and 17.9mm inner width designed for cross country (XC) racing or trail riding. These rims are very light weight, and the wheels will feel and perform like much lighter weight wheels on the bike. The BWW Pure XCR are Quick Release, front = 9mm x 100mm, rear = 10mm x 135mm, and feature incredibly smooth sealed cartridge bearings. The rear hub has 36 POE=10 degrees of engagement. They offer a light weight design, yet have strong internals meant to hold up. These hubs are not thru-axle compatible. The rear hub will work with Shimano MTB series 8, 9, 10, or 11 speed cassettes They are built up with Sapim Leader Black Stainless 2.0mm (14g) Spokes and chrome plated brass Nipples. This auction is for the above listed wheel set and includes rim tape (installed) and Quick Release levers.This rim predates tubeless ready rim design, but, the inner profile features the same horizaontal shelf bridge design in modern tubeless ready rims.
