Description: ALICE IN WONDERLAND SET 2 C1905 8 Magic Lantern Slides LEWIS CAROL JOHN TENNIEL This set was produced by W Butcher and Sons around 1905 and consists of 8 slides and is based on the illustration of Sir John Tenniel and would have been projected whilst someone narrated the lewis Carols Alice in Wonderland story. This is the second set of 3 that were produced that tell the story. Quite magical. The slides normally have a inner paper border and then the slides are then held together with edging paper.
