Description: My listing for today is for a travel poster showing "Ascoli Piceno: Torneo della Quintana". The Torneo della Quintana is a vibrant medieval festival celebrated annually in Ascoli Piceno that features jousting competitions among knights representing local neighborhoods, along with various traditional ceremonies that highlight the city’s rich cultural heritage. On the bottom right it reads: "Printed in Italy". On the lower left it reads: "Stampa I. G. D. A. - Novara 1961". Under the celebrating ladies it reads: "ASCOLI PICENO: << Torneo della Quintana >>" This 26-3/4" x 38-1/2" poster is not linen backed but is on 'regular' poster paper. I am just not sure how to quantify it. It has been stored flat, in between other posters, for the last two years. I've included two sets of pictures - taken at different times with differing settings. No pin holes. Only one 3/8" long tear (which is identified in one of the pictures). There are two other areas of concern having to do with the edges in the top left and lower right - both of which are highlighted in the attached pictures. It will be shipped wrapped in brown shipping paper and rolled inside a triangular USPS box.
