This is a brand new, OUT of the box item. We took it out of the box, but the zip ties and strap bands were never undone. The papers are included, but I have no idea if a company warranty would be honored??? I no longer have the original receipt. I added 2 orange zip ties to snug up the frame to get it back into the box. A few metal pieces were trying to poke out and ripped some cardboard. Our failure to return this back to the store is your gain. It still sells at Walmart for around $50. Smoke-free, pet-friendly home. No returns. Thanks for looking.
