This cane tip has a unique roller shield that helps protect the inner steel (not plastic) bearings. It rolls side to side. It does not roll in any direction. It’s designed to be used with the constant ground contact method. [WARNING] To be used only on a hook style mobility cane for the blind or visually impaired. Do not use on a support cane, for balancing or a crutch. Will fit most all canes that accommodate a hook style, 3/8” system. This is a cane tip only, not a cane. Made in Canada, U.S. Seller.
