Not bad for a 50,000sf building. All the machines in the shop were top notch (Tsugami, Okuma, Honor Seiki etc) and pristine. Most 2019 or newer. Any item can be shipped UPS or USPS 2-day or Overnite for the additional cost of the shipping If you purchase more than one lot I will combine the shipping if possible.
