Description: Andrew J. Llyod & Co. Boston Pocket Barometer Rare Aluminum Case - Circa 1909 This vintage pocket barometer is a fully functional larger scale 2.75" dia. English Pocket Barometer in fine condition, it is calibrated in inches and compensated for temperature all housed in a rarer aluminum case (some tarnish and slight scuffs) with a lead (yes, lead and very uncommon) engraved dial with "Rain - Change - Fair" nomenclature, altimeter ring (0 - 3000), blued needle, and clear beveled glass lens. Original cordovan clam shell green velvet lined leather case is in nice condition (missing hasp pip). Just serviced, cleaned, lubed and calibrated.
