Angenieux Optimo Lightweight Zoom Front Shroud (READ DESCRIPTION)

Description: I am not 100% certain but I believe this to be a front shroud for an Angenieux Optimo lightweight Zoom. It unscrews from the lens and also has what looks like a retainer ring for a filter, but the retainer size is just short of 4.5". The OD is also larger than 114mm by a little bit. If you have a better idea what this may be let me know.
