Santa hangs from a candy cane striped pull and the cute little elf tucks into the pockets of Santa's suit as you countdown to Christmas. He measures approximately 23" from pole to toes and 13" wide. The drop on the green rope is approximately 9.5". The pole is about 16" long. There are no tears or stains. The black felt/hands that wrap around the pole are no longer glued down and there is glue residue on the pole.
