The leather bound dictionary/book is in acceptable antique condition showing lots of wear for is age, use and storage.The binding is loose (see photos).There is a section of the front and edge of the cover that are missing (see photos)Lots of fading to the cover from age.Possible water damage but not sure.Loose and possible missing pages.Missing "Z" pages.Very yellowed pages.Pages are fragile. Although this dictionary/book has a lot of wear it is still a wonderful antique treasure for a collector! It also includes an antique/vintage hand written letter from 1907An article from a Texas newspaper about local events andMcDaniel Bros. Bankers "promissory note" from the early 1900's.
