Description: Antique American Frohse pull-down anatomical chart depicting the human head in 1918 by A.J. Nystrom & Co. Chicago. Frohse was a medical illustrator at the John’s Hopkins Medical School. Plate No.7in a series of detailed color lithographs by German anatomist and doctor Fritz Frohse. Edited, revised and augmented by Max Brödel, whose handwritten signature dated1919 appears in two separate places on the chart. Heavy canvas chart has the original metal wall mount. Very good condition for age. Roller still works. Review photos for the incredible detail and to confirm condition. Chart measures 76”L with mount, approx 47” W metal wall mount, chart itself approx 42”W. A fantastic addition to your medical collectibles collection!
