Hallmarks are Diana’s head, the number ”3” indicating the silver finesse of .800 and the letter “A” indicating the city of assay, Vienna. Maker’s marks are “J.V” for “Jarosinski & Vaugoin”. ( as seen in the last enlarged photo) The piece has a bone articulated handle with an interesting shape. There are no dents or scratches, the piece has been always kept on display.
