Description: This listing is for an Antique British Nautical/Naval Kelvin & Hughes Brass Parallel Ruler, 24" wide as pictured. The item will come exactly as pictured. I am not an expert in authenticating this item please inspect the pictures and decide. Some signs of age, use and storage but overall in very good for its age and is fully functional. There is some pitting in the brass and scuffing where the brackets pivot. Also there is a slight bend in one of the corners that is barely noticeable, but is visible In one of the pictures. This item is pre owned and may show some signs of cosmetic wear, please review all photos before purchase.
