Electrical components are obviously very aged and worn. They should definitely be replaced. Looks to possibly be missing glass shade/bottom portion. Has a beautiful and natural green Verdigris patina from age, we believe the main material is copper. You can see the copper showing through the paint in the 5th to last picture, before the measurement photos. It has an excellent look to it.
