Description: Antique COPPER Gooseneck Teapot Kettle, Turned Wood Swing Handle, English Click images to enlarge Description ANTIQUE COPPER TEA KETTLE Elegant and lovely antique teapot or kettle measuring about 8" tall to top of handle and 11" wide from spout tip to edge. Featuring a graceful gooseneck spout, belly is banded and pot has a short foot - swing handle is finished with a wonderful turned wood handle bearing original black paint - lid has a black wood finial knob. Condition is very nice with typical light overall wear including faint denting, a few spots, a compression dent on the spout tip and a small amount of mineral deposits within the pot. None of these minor issues detracts or impacts function - it can still be used and holds water. I purchased this in England back in the 1960s from a boot sale - it has such a lovely look - original patina and elegant form - wonderful addition to any home, table, collection or display!
