Description: Antique C. Palmer pasta maker. Made by the C. Palmer Noodle Machine Mfg., West Newton, PA. Aluminum body with steel roller and cutters. Brass gears. Very early and rustic, but with a bit of practice makes very fine pasta (see photos). Dough is rolled by adjusting the top screw until reaching desired thickness. Cutters then lock in to make either spaghetti or fettuccine. The machine is in very nice, clean, working condition. It also is a very interesting conversation/mechanical piece, that shows high quality machining along with basic functionality.
