Description: This antique cut glass decanter is a stunning addition to any barware collection. We believe that the decanter was crafted in the 1890s, this original piece is made of high-quality glass. The decanter's elegant design and intricate cuttings make it a true conversation starter. Its maker is unknown, adding to the mystery and allure of this piece. This decanter is perfect for collectors of barware and kitchen & home items alike. It's an ideal gift for anyone who appreciates the beauty and history of antique glassware. The visible flaws are several hairline cracks near the top of the decanter. The stopper also has several cracks and several small pieces that might be missing. When the stopper is in the decanter you cant see the cracks. The mist near the top of the decanter has several area where the mist has worn off. Finally, the decanter opening has several jagged or rough edges. I would not store liquor in it if you are going to pour alcohol out of it. We were unable to find who or when the decanter was made. We looked at several pieces similar and it was stated that this decanter may be over 100 years old. Please note that I can not verify the age due to a lack of available information. I have priced the decanter based on the above listed flaws. We usually ship the next day after the full payment is recieved. We require payment within 3 days of winning the bid.
