It is marked: ALFRED SCHICKERLING JEW.CO 51 MAIDEN LANE, N.Y PATENTED NOV. 22nd 1910 STERLING inside the case and it is in very good preowned condition with no damage or repairs. It has nice details and a warm lightly tarnished patina and I have not polished it and the back of the piece has a period 3 letter cursive monogram as seen. It shuts snugly and it measures just under 2 1/2" long by 1 9/16" wide by 5mm thick and it weights 29.7 grams.
