CONDITION: This item is in very good condition with normal signs of age and wear. This is an older bookcase topper that has been converted into a very nice and well painted cabinet. There is some veneer loss and some trim loss at the base of the cabinet. We have the key, but the lock is finnicky. In my opinion, this piece should sit up a little higher and off the ground perhaps on another cabinet to make it more user friendly. Multiple photos are provided that should be considered part of the description.
