Description: Antique Forschner tubular Spring Balance Scale . Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This scale is approximately 12" in length and 1 and 1/2" in diameter. There is some wear to the brass plate , but all numbers are readable as well as the Forschner name. It appears that no repairs have been done to this scale. Overall nice condition. Great decor piece.
