Description: There is some water damage and color bleeding. There is some yellowing. The corners are slightly curled. There are some small tears along the edges. There are a few stains. From my understanding and research, this is an original plate from a folio of prints for textile designs from the 1800’s, “ Studio d ‘Arts Decoratifs”, by Nicolas Sorokine. The folio itself was printed in 1930. Source, The Met, Metmuseum.org. This the 2nd plate. It is unframed. Approximately 15.5”x11.75” with 1 1/8” border. Please see photos for condition. I have three other plates available. Thanks for looking!
