This is direct from Germany, and came from an exceptional doll and dollhouse auction.This is a beautiful all bisque doll. This was made by Hertwig porcelain c. 1800. He is an all bisque doll with metal jointed arms legs, and a wonderful molded face and hair. He would look great in a dollhouse! His clothes are sewn on so I cannot see his marks. He is shown with a 1:12 scale dollhouse sofa for scale.He is in very good condition with a few dots of discoloration.
