Description: I am not a doll expert but I know a bit. Doll is jointed in the hips and shoulders. Sheila West of doll fame, did a great job turning her into a nun. Very authentic and I think she has been designed to be a nun back in the 1970’s but this is a guess. The eyes open and close. The eyes are fogged as you can see in the photos. She has a soft stuffed body and I think I can feel and see a bit of hair. The color is a strawberry blonde. The antique doll is crazed and she has been restored. I didn’t want to completely take this fabulous outfit apart. I did the best I could do. She is signed. Very old shoes. My research says she is German.
