Description: I have a Henry Disston 10 inch back saw for sale. This saw was good horns and a handle that holds firm and is straight.. It just needs a good sharpen. The handle has been recently re finished with shellac, it had a very thin crack that is almost impossible to see ( see last 2 pics) and not an issue at all for use. This is an earlier Disston, it has a good medallion and has good original brass hardware. The blade is pretty good for its age and could be improved with some sanding if you are restoring the tool... It has a number 7 on the spine, I am not sure what this number is for. I see it as 15 TPI. This is a good solid little saw with good weight... a good era and great US maker... very handy..Price is based on condition. Thank you for looking.
