Description: Presented for your consideration is an antique, pink-ground, Old Paris porcelain hand painted topographical plate with a view of Lauzanne (and the a castle there). It dates to the mid 19th century. The reverse bears a painted "Lausanne", an incised mark, and a kiln glaze flaw. The plate is in overall good used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There are some spots of paint loss to the decoration (as pictured), light rubbing to the gold, fine and light glaze and surface scratches and scuffing here and there, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
