Description: An antique Masonic Knights Templar fraternal sword & scabbard made by Henderson Ames. Named to Fred E. Travis on both sword blade and scabbard.The blade is in very good condition with some light scuffs and spotting. Straight with no bends. Intricately engraved and marked "The Henderson-Ames Co. Kalamazoo Michigan". The scabbard is in very good condition also with no dents. There is light spotting and finish wear. The hilt is tight to the blade. The grip is undamaged with no wear to the decoration. Knights head pommel with fine detail. Blade measures 28" long. Sword measures 35.25" overall and 36.75" long in the scabbard.
