Description: Antique May 5, 1802 Newspaper The National Aegis Worcester Massachusetts. There is considerable detail of an Act by 7th Congress "to regulate trade and intercourfe with the Indian tribes to preserve peace on the frontiers." Condition is old but reasonable. I am not a professional Grader so please see the images provided to determine the condition for yourself. Overall not bad given age. The spine is intact though separating centrally about 1/3 of the spine. There are a few small 1/4" to 5/8" tears at edges that do not interfere with legibility. Minimal foxing, color cream colored but not "orange". The typing is a bit offset on the back page that may clip a small part of the first character on the farthest left starting lines, which is consistent with printing of that era.
